About The Opportunity

OKX is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager who specilized on User Behavior Analytics to join the Data PM team. The role will oversee and manage event tracking/traffic data at company-level, which includes establishing development and verification standards, defining product features for Event Tracking/Traffic Tracking Platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the lifecycle of high-quality user behavior data. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in event tracking, user behavior analysis, and traffic management on a large scale, and also passionate about leveraging data to continuously optimize user experience and make better product decisions.
 

Key Responsibilities

As the product owner of User Behavior Analytics Product, you will be responsible for end to end management of company-level Event Tracking/User Behavior data, including:
  • Establishing company-level development standards for event tracking and traffic data, aligning with business objectives.
  • Responsible for planning, designing and ensuring the delivery of the Event tracking product, working on the roadmap of the product and constantly optimising user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide end to end solutions for event tracking, including data collection, event data management, data verification and legacy event clean up.
  • Establish and implement data governance policies and processes to manage the data throughout its lifecycle

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in computer science, engineering or data related field
  • Demonstrated experience (5 years+) in User Behavior/Traffic Data/Event tracking management products.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data integration is a plus.
  • High level of responsibility and ownership, strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
