Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a MiddleMarketing Analyst to help drive data-informed decisions that optimize our user acquisition and marketing strategies. What You Will Do
- Identify growth opportunities within user acquisition strategies.
- Launch and analyze experiments to improve marketing efficiency across various user segments.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing communications and optimize their effectiveness.
- Visualize data and create decision-making tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive data-based decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, covering planning, execution, and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.
- Experience working with BI tools and the ability to create dashboards for business users.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python.
- Upper-Intermediate English level is a must.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 3 months:
- You understand the data structure and architecture at Zerion.
- You can independently handle ad-hoc marketing requests and assess task complexity.
- You contribute to building an in-house marketing analytics system.
- Within 6 months:
- You independently prioritize tasks and justify decisions based on impact.
- You are fully integrated into the marketing team’s workflow and initiatives.
- Within 12 months:
- You take full ownership of marketing analytics tasks.
- You implement an automated marketing budget allocation system across acquisition channels.
- You help define and track key marketing OKRs for the next quarter.
Interview Process
- Screening Call (30 min) – An initial conversation to discuss your background, expectations, and motivation.
- Hiring Manager Interview + Live Coding (90 min) – A technical assessment (SQL or Python) with the hiring manager.
- Team Interview (60 min) – Meet key team members and understand if there is a cultural fit.
- Call with Founders (up to 60 min) – Understand Zerion’s vision, values, and how you can contribute.
- Reference Check – We will contact 2-3 references as a final step.
