We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.
In this role, you will
- Be familiar with Company's platform and be up-to-date on general market conditions
- Handle customer issues through live chat and other online tools
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Provide proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. and flexible to work on various work shifts
- Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the inquiries/complaints of the current/prospective clients
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency
- Diploma and above in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and Multi-tasking abilities
- Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance
- Positive about the crypto industry
- The applicants based in Singapore will be more considered for this position
