About the Role Concrete is building the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure, with a focus on programmable derivatives and institutional-grade DeFi protocols. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote-first team and lead the development and delivery of high-impact features across our protocol, vaults, and front-end interfaces. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and protocol teams to turn abstract primitives into powerful, usable financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: from ideation and specs to launch and iteration.
- Define product strategy in collaboration with leadership, focusing on protocol-layer innovations and DeFi UX.
- Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., smart contract logic, risk engines, liquidity mechanisms) into clear product requirements.
- Prioritise ruthlessly: balance user needs, protocol security, and speed of execution.
- Work cross-functionally with smart contract engineers, protocol designers, front-end developers, and project managers.
- Interface with users and power DeFi participants to continuously refine the roadmap.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning, technical documentation, and community-facing product narratives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth fintech or crypto startup.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, EVM-based architecture, and on-chain financial products.
- Experience working closely with engineers and protocol teams in a highly technical environment.
- Exceptional clarity in written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in trading, derivatives, structured finance, or quantitative research.
- Prior experience working with smart contracts or developer-focused platforms.
- Comfort with analytics tools, product telemetry, and hypothesis-driven iteration.
