Team/Role Description:
We are looking for a senior marketing professional with a background in growth marketing to join our EMEA team as a full-time employee. This role will take on key marketing responsibilities focused on supporting overall marketing and business growth for the EMEA region through a range of different paid and owned channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer first: Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor as to how current and future Coinbase customer needs and desires advise product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external comms
- Marketing Growth Support: Assist with growth marketing efforts across multiple channels including Google, affiliates, influencers, social, display and more.
- Meaningful Content Creation: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels.
- Owned channels: Define strategies and implementation of A/B testing across web, in-app, App Stores and CRM channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineer, Design, and Data Science, to align marketing initiatives with product launches, feature updates, and market trends, ensuring a unified approach and consistent messaging.
- Performance Analytics and Optimisation: Utilise data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimise strategies for maximum impact. Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with the Global Brand team to execute scaled brand campaigns aligned with Coinbase's business objectives, ensuring cohesive campaigns across various channels to drive top of mind preference for Coinbase.
- Sponsorship Activation: Manage and coordinate local/global sports sponsorship initiatives to maximise investments and drive top-of-funnel brand metrics in market.
What We Look For In You:
- French speaker (written and verbal), based in the UK.
- 6+ years of Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand/Partnership Marketing experience within a B2C context.
- Experience creating & implementing consumer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and customer lifetime value.
- Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention, and drive revenue.
- Experience efficiently launching products within an eCommerce, Consumer Internet, Retail, AdTech, Crypto, or FinTech business.
- Sophisticated quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions.
- Outstanding understanding of performance marketing, email marketing, social platforms, and experience creating compelling consumer content strategies.
- Outstanding prioritisation and project management skills.
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.

- You have experience working at a global company across several product lines.
