What You Will Do:

Work directly with the founders to lead and execute growth strategy, brand positioning, user acquisition, community growth, partnerships, content strategy, and go-to-market initiatives across global markets.
Oversee community engagement and partnerships, driving adoption through influencer collaborations, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships.
Be the face of Bluefin’s brand, representing the company in AMAs, conferences, podcasts, and media interviews to drive awareness and credibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal to ensure cohesive execution of business objectives.

Deep understanding of DeFi, trading platforms, and the Web3 ecosystem.
A rich network of industry connections within Web3 and a strong personal brand or industry presence – comfortable representing Bluefin in public forums and media appearances.
A creative and data-driven approach to growth, and the ability to iterate quickly based on market trends and performance data
Ability to write often and consistently - this will be the highest-leverage thing you can do as the Head of Growth at Bluefin
London or NYC residency preferred.
