HUMAN Protocol tokenizes and automates the secure publishing of jobs, management of associated tasks, and distribution of rewards across workforces. It offers a new way for humans and machines to connect and collaborate, and functions as a blockchain-based infrastructure for the creation of secure, globally accessible job markets.
By improving the means through which human and machine labor is published, accessed, and rewarded, we aim to improve how HUMANity works. This starts with reshaping how humans work with other humans, and extends to the goal of building a secure and responsible mechanism for machines helping humans achieve their potential.
HUMAN's vision is to create a more human world: disintermediated yet connected, with many viewpoints and backgrounds accounted for and represented, in which value produced is rewarded.
