The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates and using various methods to source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles. In this role you will work closely with HR and Executive leadership to align with the organization's strategic plans and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and targets active or passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs
- Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking
- Encourages candidate interest in the position to be filled by promoting the organization as an employer of choice
- Consults with hiring managers to determine hiring goals and needs
- Reviews and assesses applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications
- Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checks as applicable
- Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels
- Tests and scores applicants and gathers feedback from other interviewers
- Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities
- Prepares and extends job offers as needed
- Provides ideas and strategies for improved recruiting goals and initiatives
- Supports the Talent department for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Prepare and analyze data and reports as needed
- Performs other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment
- A self-directed, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized mindset
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of various recruiting sources
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
- In house recruiting experience preferred
Nice to Have:
- While not a hard requirement, experience with crypto based products and services is a plus.
- Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change
