Nitra will offer physicians, medical, and health & wellness clinics around the country cards, loans, accounts, payments, and expense management products they crucially need, in an all-in-one platform powered by machine learning technologies.
Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offering. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, and a co-founder of CityMD.
We're looking for:
A Strategic Partnerships Manager, who will be key to identifying, evaluating and executing partnerships that help drive differentiated value to Nitra’s customers and product offerings. We need an expert in business development and strategic partnerships who will help Nitra continue its exponential growth trajectory and momentum.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for delivering impact via Nitra’s external facing partnership activities and strategy
- Proactively establishing and executing new relationships with strategic targets that have little or no existing relationship with Nitra
- Managing existing partners and onboarding new partners, as well as ensuring that contractual agreements and commercial arrangements are being adhered to
- Negotiating partnerships and maintaining relationships with senior executives ranging from seed stage to Fortune 500 companies
- Leveraging market insights and expertise, as well as an understanding of the voice of the customer, to identify opportunities that drive inorganic and sustainable revenue growth
You have:
- 5+ years of experience working in a partnerships, business development, investment banking, or consulting, preferably focused on the fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or payments sectors
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, analytical, and unstructured environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to distill and convey complex business concepts to C-suite executives at Nitra and external partners
- Experience delivering results through managing and influencing cross functional teams across legal, product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance
- A working knowledge of financial statements and P&L drivers
- A strong understanding of commercial agreements, partnership terms, and negotiation levers and tactics
- Passion for creative thinking and bold ideas to grow the business through inorganic growth and commercialization
- A scrappy and humble attitude, with a desire to roll up your sleeves to get things done for the greater good of the team
- Preference for candidates with prior tech and/or seed stage experience
- Exposure to and knowledge of M&A, strategic finance, and corp dev a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

The base salary range for this full-time position is $125k - $160k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
