Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Securitize Markets, the Head of Distribution will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase distribution and sales of our products, and for managing and motivating the distribution team to achieve these goals.
You will:
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to increase the reach and sales of our products
- Model and evaluate the appropriate strategy to enter new markets
- Work in tandem with the marketing team for customer acquisition by executing brand promotion activities
- Identify new distribution channels and opportunities to increase sales
- Oversee sales and marketing efforts: As a head of sales distribution, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing teams and coordinating their efforts to drive product adoption
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed
- Track and measure sales and distribution efforts and provide regular reports on progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external partners to identify and pursue distribution opportunities
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in distribution and sales of alternative/private assets, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and related concepts.
- Deep market knowledge of the global asset management industry (alternative investments preferred) and deep understanding of various client segments as well as products, key regulatory, and industry trends.
- Strong rolodex of private equity investment professionals including broker dealers, family offices and RIA’s
- At least 5 years of Private Equity distribution, placed at least $200 million in PE deals
- FINRA license Series 7 and 63 required
- Experience selling investment products with pre-existing relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interest in digital currencies, blockchain technology, and related concepts.
- Deep market knowledge of the global asset management industry (alternative investments preferred) and deep understanding of various client segments as well as products, key regulatory, and industry trends
