The Experience Center Representative will be responsible for being the face of CoinFlip in our Tampa, Florida office. This person will greet customers who enter, and assist with any questions, while providing excellent customer service. This candidate will be knowledgeable
about cryptocurrency and able to answer any questions about CoinFlip and crypto to ensure a positive experience for all customers who enter. This person will act as a subject matter expert for CoinFlip and the services we provide.
Assures quality customer service to all customersAnswer all questions about CoinFlip and cryptocurrency to provide an exceptional experience for all customers who enter Welcome visitors and direct them appropriatelyProvide administrative and clerical support for the office, including but not limited to, printing, scanning, copying, and purchasing supplies Track office supply inventory, and ensure the ordering of supplies when neededEnsuring all office deliveries are received by our employees, including lunches and Fedex/UPS packagesHandle various requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of suchAnswering questions about the UI of the kiosks themselvesAssisting with products and services offered within the digital platformProviding general assistance with crypto Q&AOther assigned duties
1-3 years of experience as a front office assistant or customer service representativeOrganizational skills and the capacity to prioritize and make quick decisions involving multi-tasking of multiple projectsAdministrative experience requiredKnowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and CoinFlip requiredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiencyStrong customer service skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate and handle confidential informationMust be able to lift 25 lbs
