Our Mission
Our mission is to be at the driver’s seat of the web3 [r]evolution, by always diversifying and adapting our value proposition promptly, even through the anticipation of times and market trends. Bringing the next million people into the space, connecting high-end brands with their new “metacommunity”, while expanding our business from NFT drops to token-gated, Metaverse experiences and [branded] product suites, is our main mission and masterplan.
The CTO will oversee a team of developers and engineers, and work closely with other executives to ensure that the company's technology strategy aligns with its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's technical vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
Lead the development of the company's Web3 NFT platform and products, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, and secure.
Build and manage a high-performing technical team, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to deliver on their responsibilities.
Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment, and ensure that the company's technical infrastructure is reliable and efficient.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Web3 and NFT spaces, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's products and services.
Collaborate closely with other executives, including the CEO and CPO, to ensure that the company's technical strategy aligns with its overall business strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and industry organizations to stay informed of best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in the Web3 and NFT spaces, including knowledge of blockchain technologies and smart contracts.
Experience developing and implementing smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or Solana.
Experience integrating APIs from various providers such as NFT marketplaces, payment gateways, and blockchain networks.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and experience defining technical architectures for complex web applications.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and loyalty program design and implementation.
Experience developing and managing high-performing technical teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technical strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, software testing, and deployment practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
