WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Partner Success Manager, you will advance our web3 vision by supporting and strengthening strategic partnerships, helping us to build a New Internet! You will accomplish this by leveraging your unique strengths: a deep understanding of Web3 markets and technology that complements your knowledge of customer decision-making and an ability to coordinate efforts across the organization. Using the tools specified and identifying your own, you will track your efforts from contractual agreement, through discovery, through design and build, and finally through launch, including triaging and troubleshooting basic support requests. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal, as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Managing the customer onboarding experience for strategic partners.
- Regularly monitoring platform usage and proactively contacting clients whose usage dipped to ensure the health of the relationship.
- Utilizing CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls, and relevant notes.
- Leading customer training sessions/demonstrations as part of onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
- Acting as a communications liaison between customers, Engineering, Product, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of technical and business requirements.

- Promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives using BCI solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
To ensure success, you possess strong initiative, communication, management, and leadership skills while having a deep and everlasting passion for NFTs, cryptocurrency, Metaverse, Blockchain technology, and all things Web3. You are proactive and diligent, more likely to anticipate an issue than be surprised by one. You are eager to learn new disciplines and skills and go out of your way to get answers to your questions, putting “hands on the keyboard” to solve problems and help partners succeed. You are collaborative by nature and can resolve conflict when needed. You have a passion to work cross-discipline with stakeholders from across the business, both internal and external, ensuring a positive customer experience. Leadership skills, such as performing presentations, training relevant stakeholders, and having great teamwork with general sales and marketing areas as well as technical teams, are requirements. Experience working in regulated industries is highly desirable.
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have a bachelor’s degree in business management, technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing business development or client success teams or programs. You have experience manipulating large datasets using PostgreSQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
