As part of the Growth team, you will be working hand in hand with our executive team and growth team to help grow Layer N’s ecosystem of developers, users, institutional partners, and communities, as well as conduct hands-on market and protocol research.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist the growth team in identify, and closing strong partners.

• Help construct efficient growth pipelines and funnels.

• Build out internal tools to make the growth team more productive.

• Identify new growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, researching and analyzing competitors, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Research novel protocol mechanisms and opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Undergraduate student (or equivalent level) with a strong drive for learning through doing

• Ability to take autonomy and ownership

• Strong interest in learning more about blockchain systems, L2 infrastructure, and financial systems

• Strong creative thinking

• Excellent communication abilities
