Overview

In joining Dragonfly, you’ll be directly supporting two of our General Partners as an Executive Assistant, as well as managing a beautiful new office space in the heart of New York City. These Partners are well-known in the space, have a relaxed demeanor, and are excited to be collaborative while affording you ownership. You’ll also interface directly with many of the biggest crypto companies and token projects, world-renowned PE and VC investors, and founders of large public tech and finance companies.

You should be comfortable with flexible and entrepreneurial work environments, love interacting with people just as much as you love driving projects, and looking to rapidly accelerate your career.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Support two of Dragonfly’s General Partners as an Executive Assistant, including managing calendars, developing/booking meetings and itineraries, and managing expenses for the Investment Team
  • Drive management of Dragonfly’s new New York City office, including coordinating with vendors (e.g., snacks, IT, cleaners, security, etc), greeting visitors, and managing office and equipment inventory
  • Manage occasional events (both local and abroad): venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
  • Special projects as needed (e.g., researching and pulling together policies, managing filing, helping choose appropriate software)

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Based in NYC and able to work in-office Mon-Thurs; occasional evening hours required
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, pattern recognition, and project management skills, with equally exceptional work ethic
  • Self-accountability and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment; and own, fix, and learn from failures
  • Innate drive to go above and beyond by default
  • Ability to interact across cultures and businesses
  • Strong ethical code

Preferred

  • Prior experience managing business and/or office operations, events
  • Experience at an asset management company (e.g., PE, VC, hedge fund, bank)
  • Bachelor's degree

Note: The general salary range for this role is $100k-150k with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
