An instrumental part of Delta, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brand. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow Delta’s user base through acquisition and retention from various marketing channels. As a member of the Growth team, the ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, process-driven, and have an interest in paid media operations. The core priority of the role is to grow app usage through meticulous management of the performance marketing budget. True to the nature of growth experimentation you are expected to continuously strategise and test new ideas and concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business and/or marketing as the core of the role will be the management of a large budget while optimising the performance of our advertising channels. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Delta has grown tremendously year-over-year and we expect someone who is able to keep up and transcend with us.

You'll be working in our office in Ghent, Belgium. We're located right in the city centre in a gorgeous historic building, which is pretty cool. Psst... no worries if you can't speak Dutch, we're used to communicating in English. Don’t live close by? No worries, we are open to remote collaborations and some of your colleagues are already based abroad.

In this role you will:

- Strategise, manage and optimise our performance marketing channels (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and others)

- Work closely with our mobile ad networks and programmatic partners

- Manage data analysis and reporting – you’ll keep track of most KPIs

- Work on App Store Optimisation

Requirements

- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or equivalent hands-on experience considered

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields (growth, performance, and/or digital marketing, finance, economics)

- Excellent excel and critical thinking skills - must be able to interpret raw data into meaningful insights and KPIs

- An analytical mindset, familiarity with mobile attribution platforms strongly preferred

- Proficient in the economics of performance marketing

- Good communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders

- Previous mobile & influencer marketing experience is a plus
