About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of Asymmetric Research’s professional services security portfolio and ensure seamless delivery for our key clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of aligning technical and strategic objectives, playing a critical role in managing external stakeholders, internal teams, and complex projects. As a pivotal team member, you will establish a scalable project management function, foster collaboration across diverse teams, and drive the success of our security engagements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in the execution of AR’s professional services security portfolio for key clients.
- Support external stakeholders to define and finalize delivery objectives. Ensure that project development and delivery are possible within the project timeframe.
- Become the go-to person for customers when discussing the security planning of new project/product requirements, ensuring delivery and customer objectives are aligned.
- Aid team leads and AR leadership with capacity planning of internal resources.
- Manage the delivery of 3rd party, external audits against client objectives and timelines.
- Update stakeholders via regular reports.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of previous experience managing projects in a technical environment.
- Experience working with external clients (customer-facing).
- Be collaborative. Your work cannot be done in a vacuum and will require a strong desire to work in functional teams, take input, and keep moving outcomes forward.
- Good team management skills. Be able to collaboratively work with a team and lead an engagement with strong communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional, cross-organisational teams is key.

Nice to have:
- Formal project management certification (PMP, Google Certified Project Manager, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc).
- Experience managing external vendors.
- Formal Technical background (Software Development, Architecture, Networking, etc).
