About the Opportunity:
As the Product Operations Leader for World ID, you will drive the infrastructure, systems, and workflows essential for scaling user adoption and unlocking new utility for World ID. You will define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring that new products and features achieve maximum impact. By leveraging business insights and customer data, you’ll streamline processes, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the success of World ID initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy and operations behind a groundbreaking product, driving impact at a global scale.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Market Research and Analysis: Conduct deep market research to assess competitive landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams. Drive strategic initiatives, including partner evaluations, stakeholder mapping, and new growth strategies.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Oversee user and product data analysis to enable robust decision-making. Build and maintain reporting systems that uncover actionable trends in user behavior, product performance, and growth opportunities.
- Transform Insights into Strategy: Translate market and data insights into high-impact guidance for cross-functional teams, including Product, Comms and Marketing, and Market Operations. Align their efforts with strategic objectives to maximize scalability and user adoption.
- Own Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to define milestones, drive product adoption, measure post-launch success, and establish feedback loops to inform future iterations.
- Establish Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain systems to track and report product performance, adoption rates, and growth metrics. Use these insights to inform strategy and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Design and manage workflows to gather, prioritize, and synthesize user feedback, ensuring alignment between product development and customer needs.
- Ensure Successful Product Launches: Coordinate cross-team readiness for new product launches and updates, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive Growth and Operational Excellence: Build and optimize systems and workflows to enable rapid user growth while maintaining operational quality. Ensure delivery cycles are efficient and meet strategic objectives.
About You:
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of operational excellence and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or a similar role within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, with experience collaborating across product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and systems; experience building reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions is a plus.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized identity systems is highly desirable, but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, high sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Passionate about advancing privacy-preserving, user-first technologies and aligning teams toward impactful outcomes that scale globally.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $207,000 - $240,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
