About the Opportunity:

- Responsible for managing daily settlements, reconciliations, addressing and solving payment-related issues efficiently

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange

Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts

Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing

Analyze and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve quickly

Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings

Provide performance reports with metrics for assessing performance and improvements

Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities
-
Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations

Support Payment Operations Manager on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams
What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech industries

Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures is a plus
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Proficiency in English, written and spoken

The salary range for this position is $101,000 to 126,000.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the [salary] / [hourly wage], a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
