About The Role
As part of the Sales team at Chainlink Labs, you will encompass our user acquisition & go-to-market functions, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Chainlink.
While it’s a key to drive adoption of Chainlink across our various users through sales outreach, presentations, closing, and relationship building, you will have the opportunity to interact with high profile users to forge partnerships across our various product lines. This role has a high degree of responsibility, and you will be the first point of contact for people looking to power their projects and smart contracts with real-world assets and events.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, which include, Solutions Architect, Product, and Marketing teams etc. to achieve our goals of making Chainlink the industry standard across Web3.
Your Impact
- Take ownership of the sales process with the ability to be hands on with a large number of relationships and deals while utilising specialist sales support as required to close major deals and ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Chainlink products across all stages of the sales cycle for the DeFi industry as we continue to expand our presence there
- You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, responsible for understanding their business goals, work directly with technical teams, scope projects and deliver innovative solutions that address the complex needs of their stakeholders, as well as provide exceptional account management support.
- Develop a strong technical sales expertise in the full Chainlink product suite and strong interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- You will also work directly with cross functional teams such as Solutions, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Legal and make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of the Chainlink cross-chain product strategy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical sales experience within the Web3 space, with a proven ability to drive sales results
- With strong knowledge of blockchain technology and associated areas (e.g. DeFi, tokenisation / digital assets, digital identity etc.)
- High degree of confidence in managing against a sales process and using CRM software
- Ability to establish trust with users and ability to influence key decision makers in the sales cycle
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in front of all audiences in English and Mandarin
- High work ethic, sense of ownership and being able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Web3 native user or with familiarity with Chainlink products is a big plus
