About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing

Perform quantitative analyses to support delta one trading business.

Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to extract insights and identify market inefficiencies.

Design, implement, and test mid-frequency alpha strategies. Develop and enhance backtesting frameworks to validate strategy performance.

Collaborate with traders to research, test and optimize current models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative research into production strategies.

Stay updated on developments in blockchain technology and on-chain analytics to identify new sources of alpha.
What We Look For In You

A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics or a related discipline.

Ability to reason logically, deliver under pressure and take ownership.

Experience with quantitative research methodologies, such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization techniques, and backtesting frameworks.

Basic programming skills in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, with the ability to source, clean, and analyze data efficiently.

Familiarity with on-chain analytics and blockchain data sources, such as Dune Dashboard, CoinMarketCap, Glassnode, or similar platforms is a plus.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Fluent in English.
