Summary:
Lit Protocol, a key management network network for programmable, decentralized accounts, is seeking a driven and dynamic Creative Designer to strengthen our brand image and create sleek, engaging visuals for our digital media platforms. This part-time role involves designing and implementing brand assets across our various media channels (website, docs, socials), producing engaging videos and graphics for blog posts and social media posts, and helping design and implement a comprehensive brand identity. We're looking for someone with vision, who’s got a strong portfolio demonstrating interface and marketing design, a keen understanding of current design trends, and proficiency in motion graphics and animations. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft visually compelling designs for blogs, social media, and other digital content to elevate our brand storytelling.
- Develop engaging images, diagrams, videos, and other media that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Contribute to the design of website and UI elements, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Assist with general brand design projects and related initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand design, graphic design, and visual content creation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating interface and marketing design.
- Proficiency in video production.
- Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with motion graphics and UI/UX design.
- Demonstrated mastery of brand consistency and design system implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in North American time zones.
Bonus Qualifications:

Salary:
At Lit Protocol, we believe in rewarding talent and dedication. Compensation for this full-time role includes a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by token and equity incentives.
