Role:
Our Support Team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where urgency, ownership, and performance are key.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in providing premium support through ticketing systems like Zendesk, as well as phone support.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a fintech environment, excels in a team-first approach, and is comfortable working in a remote setting. Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through email (ticketing) and phone.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features and internal policies.
- Communicate ticket trends and insights effectively to management.
- Accurately translate customer requests when coordinating with other teams.
- Act as a customer advocate, driving urgency in escalations across teams.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, specifically using Zendesk and phone support.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fintech environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in the EST, CST, or PST time zones.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, and the Lightning Network.
