As a team member,you’ll be involved in:
— Act as a singlepointofcontact (L1) forinternalusersinallquestions;— Communicatewithemployees, analyzetheirneeds,andhelpthem resolvethemaccordingtoestablishedsupportprocesses;— Performinginitialsupportandevaluatingrequestsasneededtothenextlinesof support;— Control andcoordinatetheresolutionofrequestsonthesecondandsubsequentlinesofsupport;— Informing usersaboutthecurrentstatusandtimingofrequests;— Closingrequestsandagreeingclosureofrequestswithusers;— Informingusersaboutchangesandmalfunctionsintheworkofinformationalsystems, aboutplannedworkandunscheduledchangesatthelevelofrelevantservices;— Informingusersoferrorswhenworkingwithinformationsystems, providingrecommendationsfortroubleshooting;— Creationandmaintenanceofaninternalknowledgebase.
RequiredSkillsandQualifications:— Experience in User/Client support (Jira, ZenDesk, Redmine, etc.);— Office 365 suiteexperienceis a hugeplus;— Computer BASICS and understanding OS differences;—Abletounderstandusers’ issues, andquestionsandfigureoutthebest-fitsolutions;— Mostpolitepersonever, abletohandleemotionsineverysituation;—Capableofworkingunderpressureandhandlinguserswith a negativeattitude;— Customer- andresult-oriented;— Team player, notafraidofaskingquestionsandsharingideas;— Confidencein English (upper-intermediate/advanced).
