What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience:5+ years of full stack development and at least 2+ years in the Solana ecosystem developing in Rust.
- Frontend Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of modern web development practices and responsive design principles.
- Backend Skills:
- Expertise in Rust and Node.js for building scalable backend services.
- Blockchain Expertise:
- Experience with smart contract development on the Solana blockchain in Rust.
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralised applications (dApps).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and manage all technical aspects of a project.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with partially defined requirements and a desire to define and solve problems where needed.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Supabase.
- Additional Programming Languages: Experience with Python is a plus.
- Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices for blockchain and decentralized applications.
- Open Source Contributions: A history of contributing to open-source projects.
