As HR Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management, including quarterly reviews, to foster a high-performing team.
- Support leadership in setting and achieving company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Drive company culture, leading the culture committee and organising key events.
- Oversee office operations and assist with travel management.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or financial services environment.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
