We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Finance Team. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s treasury portfolio, ensuring optimal liquidity, asset allocation, and risk mitigation while developing strategic investment decisions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our treasury operations by optimizing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
The successful candidate will also lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, develop financial models to analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. With a focus on automation and process improvement, this role will help drive financial transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will
- Treasury management
- Treasury management:
- Manage the company’s treasury portfolio, including asset allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and implement policies for fiat and digital asset management, ensuring optimal liquidity and secure storage solutions (custody, wallets, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, assessing their impact on the company’s treasury holdings.
- Risk management:
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to the company’s treasury holdings, including market, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Operational efficiency & process improvement:
- Optimize treasury operations to enhance efficiency in asset management.
- Implement automation and best practices to improve treasury workflows
- Financial performance
- Budgeting and forecasting:
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide high-level budget guidance to divisions and coordinate the bottom-up submissions.
- Develop financial models to forecast key financial and operational metrics.
- Financial reporting and analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Present financial recommendations to management to drive business performance.
- Financial system and process improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage financial systems to optimize reporting workflows.
- Implement best practices to improve data integrity and financial transparency.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the in treasury management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
Necessary Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with big data processing using SQL or Python.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Experience with cryptocurrency-related applications or blockchain technologies (e.g., crypto wallets, decentralized applications, trading platforms).
- Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA.
- Experience in data engineering, particularly in data pipeline development and automation.
