About the roleWe are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to drive engagement, expand our reach, and strengthen our presence in the Web3 space. This isn't a traditional marketing role — we need someone who understands crypto culture, can create compelling content, and is hands-on with community growth. You'll manage our online presence, execute campaigns, and represent Monerium at key events.
Key responsibilities- Own Monerium's social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord).
- Publish content daily—threads, announcements, memes, deep dives, etc.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive user growth.
- Engage with the community, respond to questions, and build relationships.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize growth.
- Travel with the team to conferences and represent Monerium.
- Proven experience in Web3 growth, community management, and marketing.
- Strong understanding of crypto-native audiences and narratives.
- Ability to create content that resonates—case studies, threads, memes, explainers.
- Experience managing social channels and growing online communities.
- Hands-on approach—this is not a coordination role; it's execution-driven.
