Who You Are:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support four executives – two from Strategic Opportunities, one from Research, and one from Mining. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and other ad hoc office tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act with good judgment with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is excited about contributing to the team’s success by solving problems, being collaborative and proactive, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
What You’ll Do:
- Support 4 executives across our Strategic Opportunities, Research, and Mining teams
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Maintain calendars by screening for double bookings, proactively review itineraries, etc.
- Set up meetings, working closely with other admins, both internally and externally
- Log expenses when needed in Navan
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Ad hoc projects
- Ex: printing materials for in-person meetings, assisting with catering orders, etc
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience managing calendars, booking travel, and processing expenses for multiple executives
- Experience in finance or legal industries
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be in New York and able to come into office 3+ days a week
- Extensive MS Office, Google Suite, and PPT knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Bonus: industry knowledge of and interest in Cryptocurrency
