What you'll accomplish:

Leading strategic initiatives to accelerate Starknet's developer ecosystem growth through deep understanding of Layer 2 scaling solutions and ZK-rollup technology.
Analyzing ecosystem metrics and providing data-driven insights to guide development priorities and measure ecosystem health.
Building and nurturing relationships with developers, projects, and protocols within the Starknet ecosystem while managing comprehensive grant programs.
Orchestrating high-impact events, workshops, and communication channels to strengthen the Starknet community and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Delivering technical mentorship and architectural guidance to teams building on Starknet, leveraging your hands-on experience with Cairo and the Starknet stack.
Identifying emerging trends, competitive developments, and innovation opportunities across the Layer 2 landscape.

Requirements

Proven experience working within the Starknet ecosystem, including familiarity with Cairo programming language and related development tools
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching or supporting projects on Starknet
Strong understanding of ZK-rollups, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and the broader web3 landscape
Advanced analytical capabilities to track, measure, and report on key ecosystem metrics
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Deep technical knowledge of blockchain development, with particular emphasis on Starknet's architecture and capabilities
Proven ability to conduct thorough competitive analysis and identify strategic opportunities
