Our platform is trusted by leading protocols, including Aave, GMX, dYdX, Venus and others, to manage and secure billions of dollars in assets. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product vision and execution. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced risk analysis tools and user-centric interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to define product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in DeFi, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with natural ownership abilities – you’re self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or an innovative, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge in AI is a big plus.
- Passion for DeFi, Web3, and the future of decentralized finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
