About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled C2C Overseas Growth Product Manager to develop and execute growth strategies for key overseas markets.
This role involves driving localization research, implementing market-specific requirements, and collaborating with global teams to achieve rapid business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Growth Strategy Planning:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for core overseas C2C markets, focusing on user acquisition, transaction volume growth, and market share expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user behavior to create actionable growth plans.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
Localization Research and Implementation:
- Conduct in-depth research on localization needs in overseas markets, including user habits, cultural differences, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to implement localization strategies.
- Continuously optimize product features and user experience to improve satisfaction and retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with overseas market teams, technical teams, and data teams to ensure effective execution of growth strategies.
- Coordinate resources to deliver cross-departmental projects on time.
Data Analysis and Decision Support:
- Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks through data analysis, providing actionable insights.
- Regularly produce growth reports to support management decision-making.
Market Expansion and Partnerships:
- Explore partnership opportunities in overseas markets and build relationships with local partners.
- Drive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.

What We Look For In You

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in growth-related roles within the internet industry. Experience in C2C or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving growth in overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia or CIS regions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with Growth Hacking methodologies and hands-on experience in user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Market-sensitive with the ability to quickly identify user needs and market opportunities.
