As an Account Manager, you will join the Business Development Department, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and effectively addressing client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and employ cross-selling strategies within existing key accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively advise clients and inform internal strategies.
- Address client concerns effectively, providing timely solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted mediator between our company and clients, fostering open and effective two-way communication.
- Schedule client meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales Enablement) to ensure client expectations are understood and met.
What You'll Bring on Day One
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Understanding of the crypto industry or experience in financial services, fintech, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities for tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights.
