With strong momentum and a growing global footprint, we’re looking for an Institutional Sales Associate to help expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.
What You’ll Do
1. Institutional Coverage & Relationship Management
- Build and manage a portfolio of institutional clients: hedge funds, family offices, trading firms, and token issuers.
- Own the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to relationship growth and retention.
- Understand client goals and deliver tailored solutions across trading, liquidity, and risk management.
2. Sales Execution & Deal Ownership
- Lead the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, pitch development, structuring, and closing.
- Work closely with product and trading teams to craft customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance against targets.
3. Product Fluency & Market Insight
- Stay sharp on crypto market trends, token mechanics, DeFi protocols, and institutional trading strategies.
- Act as a thought partner to clients, providing timely insights and context around opportunities and risks.
- Keep a pulse on the regulatory landscape and its impact on market behavior and product design.
4. Internal Collaboration & Strategic Input
- Partner with internal stakeholders across trading, engineering, legal, and marketing.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and client outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and strategic planning.
Who You Are
Experience & Track Record:
- 3–6 years of institutional sales, BD, or client-facing experience in financial markets, trading, fintech, or crypto.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, close, and grow revenue-generating relationships.
- Familiarity with market structure, derivatives, or liquidity provision is a strong plus.
Skills & Mindset:
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communicator with a consultative approach to client engagement.
- Commercially minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable with accountability.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Sales traders from traditional asset classes (FX, options, commodities) looking to pivot into crypto.
- Professionals with deep networks in TradFi or Web3, and a proven ability to build institutional trust.
