Job Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to support our product strategy and execution. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in refining our stablecoin and payment solutions by working closely with customers, engineering, and design teams. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the world of blockchain-based financial products and help shape the future of digital payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing customer feedback
- Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs and pain points
- Document and communicate user insights to product and engineering teams
- Assist in writing detailed product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with design teams to translate customer needs into product features
- Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of product specifications
- Track and report on key product metrics and user engagement
- Participate in sprint planning and product development meetings
- Help prioritize feature development based on customer impact and business goals
- Support the product team in continuous improvement of our financial platform
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of product management or related experience
- Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, or payment technologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing user feedback
- Basic understanding of agile product development methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Background in financial services or technology products
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency concepts
- Knowledge of design thinking and user experience principles
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Basic understanding of API integration and technical product requirements
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
