Responsibilities:
1. Performance Tracking, Auditing, and Analysis
- Conduct end-to-end Web tracking and auditing using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms to maintain data integrity and seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using the platforms’ built-in functions (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
2. Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Collaborate with multiple teams (such as growth, data, and product) to design and enhance data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data ingestion and processing to support business growth.
- Write SQL queries to analyze large datasets and perform ad-hoc data analysis to support user acquisition optimization, campaign performance analysis, customer lifecycle management, and business growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau to meet the regular or ad-hoc needs of growth domain managers and senior leadership.
3. Project Management
- Manage growth-related MarTech and Growth Analytics projects, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., channel managers, campaign managers, data analysts, data scientists, product owners, privacy managers, frontend and backend developers) and external partners (e.g., solution vendors, platform account managers).
- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining clear and effective communication across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, tracking implementation, and data analysis. Experience in Crypto/FinTech/Consulting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) with strong experience in tracking and tagging setup, auditing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Understanding of mobile attribution tracking, including setup and reporting, with experience in AppsFlyer.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as user acquisition, campaign management, paid media strategies, and customer lifecycle management, etc.
- Understanding of CRM or CDP solutions like Segment, Adobe.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to digital marketing and growth teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
