Your New Role
We are in search of a Senior Business Developer with a specialized focus on driving our advertising sales. This role is not just about selling advertising spots but optimizing them, working hand-in-hand with advertising brokers and partners, and establishing new collaborations. Your expertise in selling banner campaigns and crafting bespoke advertising deals, especially with entities like exchanges, betting platforms, and new crypto projects, will be pivotal in steering our advertising revenue growth.
Daily Activities Include:
- Driving advertising sales by optimizing advertising spots and working with advertising brokers and partners.
- Setting up new collaborations and managing relationships with existing partners.
- Selling banner campaigns and creating bespoke advertising deals with various clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing and tech team to ensure advertising is in sync with user experience and platform capabilities.
- Analyzing advertising performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Innovating and presenting new advertising platforms and strategies.
- Keeping track of advertising sales metrics and providing regular updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- 3-5 years in business development or sales with a focus on advertising sales in the crypto space.
- Proficient in advertising sales tools like Google analytics, Google Ad manager and CRMs.
- Crypto knowledge is a significant advantage for this role.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of online advertising strategies and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere.
- Aptitude for consultative selling, relationship building, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive attitude, eager to take initiative.
