Role Overview: As an Operations Specialist at Pendle, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives, supporting projects, or contributing to the delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operations who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will report to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Collaborate with teams across development, marketing, operations, and product to ensure project alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating resources and managing priorities.
- Identify and document project requirements, objectives, and risks.
- Monitor and report on project performance using tools like Notion, or similar.
- Help troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project delivery.
Skills & Competencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project/productivity management tools (e.g. Notion).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) is advantageous.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
