Responsibilities
- Manage production incidents and conduct post-mortems to improve system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth application and system deployments.
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Alicloud) for performance, cost-efficiency, and availability.
- Administer and scale Kubernetes clusters (primarily EKS) to support web service deployments.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and AI/LLM-based automation.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with tools like Terraform and Python.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFront) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, especially managed services like EKS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and system performance tuning.
- Experience with DevOps tools and platforms such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Linux.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with international stakeholders and teams.
Preferred:
Practical experience applying AI models or tools to solve real-world operational challenges and enhance deployment workflows.Passion for exploring new technologies and integrating them into daily operations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
