About the role
We are seeking a Product Lead for Stablecoin Infrastructure to own the foundational technology that enables digital value to move at the speed of the internet. You will lead the development of our regulated building blocks—Accounts, Liquidity, Funding, and Compliance—that allow enterprises to embed stablecoin functionality into their existing systems.
This role is for a platform-thinker who wants to build the "plumbing" for the future of global finance. You will define how the world’s largest companies hold, move, and exchange value, abstracting away technical and regulatory complexity into a seamless developer experience.
Core Responsibilities

Infrastructure Roadmap: Define the strategy for core "building blocks," including digital wallets, fiat-to-crypto funding ramps, and automated compliance tools.

Global Connectivity: Expand the network of traditional and digital payment rails to ensure users can move value 24/7 across different geographies and chains.

Platform Orchestration: Build the APIs and routing logic that power high-scale use cases like international B2B payments, corporate treasury movement, and digital dollar wallets.

Compliance Integration: Partner with legal and engineering teams to embed regulatory requirements directly into the product flow, ensuring transactions are compliant by default.

Liquidity & Routing: Develop smart routing capabilities that allow partners to access deep liquidity pools, optimizing for cost and speed.

Ecosystem Growth: Ensure that our infrastructure remains interoperable and capable of supporting the latest programmable payment standards.
Product Scope

Regulated Accounts: Designing secure custody and wallet solutions that bridge the gap between internal ledgers and public blockchains.

Funding Ramps: Creating a global bridge between traditional banking systems and digital asset environments.

Smart Movement: Orchestrating the flow of assets across different venues and jurisdictions to ensure maximum efficiency.

Programmable Compliance: Building tools that handle identity and monitoring requirements natively within the transaction lifecycle.
About You

PM Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, specifically building APIs, developer tools, or backend financial infrastructure.

Financial Systems Knowledge: A strong understanding of how money moves—whether via traditional rails or blockchain protocols.

Systems Thinking: The ability to break down complex manual processes (like cross-border settlement or compliance checks) into automated software products.

Regulatory Comfort: Experience building in a regulated environment and the ability to turn policy requirements into product features.

Technical Depth: You are comfortable speaking with engineers about API architecture, ledger consistency, and blockchain interoperability.
