- Experience mentoring or leading junior colleagues, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with ERP systems
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Your plus would be:
- German language skills (spoken and written) to support local stakeholders and compliance topics
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems
- Knowledge of German banking GAAP (“RechKredV”)
Our Values:
- Make it easy for others. Team over Egos.
- Own the outcome. Progress over Perfection.
- Rise to the challenge. Growth over Comfort.
- Tell the story. Clarity over Ambiguity.
