A quick run-down of the job
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer LATAM to join our team. In this role, you will support developers using LI.FI’s SDKs and APIs, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring a smooth integration process. Acting as a bridge between our partners and internal teams, you'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve technical challenges, identify recurring issues and continuously improve our platform.
Please note that you must be located in the LATAM region -or willing to work LATAM hours- and have relevant experience in blockchain. Your application will not be considered if you're outside of this region.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical support to developers and partners.
- Guide developers through successful integration of LI.FI’s SDKs and APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues related to networking, performance, and cross-chain technologies.
- Build example code, scripts, and tools that make common workflows easier
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate critical technical issues.
- Help build internal tooling and workflows to scale how we support developers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support workflows, known issues, and best practices.
- Proactively monitor for and report potential issues.

What makes a good candidate

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, software engineering, backend engineering or a similar role.
- At least 1 year of technical crypto experience.
- Engineering background and solid, in-depth technical understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols.
- Experience working with developer support tools, ticketing systems, and community channels (e.g., Grafana, Tenderly, Cloudflare, Jira, Discord, Telegram, GitHub).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot across the stack.
- Cross-chain, interoperability and bridging experience is a plus.
