The role would directly face Nitra's Commerce Suite that includes direct inventory management and procurement of tens of thousands of biopharma and medical equipment products.
Along with Nitra's Finance Suite and Patient Suite, the goal is to help doctors run their practices, save time, and save money. Backed by leadership and advisors from companies such as Amazon, American Express, Facebook, Uber, and Square, Nitra is building a next-generation platform at the intersection of fintech, software, and healthcare in the $4 trillion U.S. healthcare market.

We're looking for:
At Nitra, we are building a new K-Beauty vertical serving dermatology and aesthetic providers in the U.S. This role will be based in Korea and serve as the primary liaison between Nitra’s U.S. network providers, leadership and our Korean ODM and brand partners.
You will own cross-border product execution, translating brand strategy and commercial objectives from the U.S. into production-ready outcomes with Korean manufacturers. You will ensure that brand standards, timelines, cost targets, and quality expectations are delivered at a global level.
This role requires prior brand-building experience, fluency in English, and experience working with global beauty or aesthetic corporations.
Your responsibilties will include:
Lead Cross-Border Communication
- Serve as the primary Korea-based point of contact for ODMs and key manufacturing partners
- Translate U.S. brand positioning, packaging direction, and product requirements into structured product briefs
- Facilitate clear communication across time zones and cultural contexts while aligning global stakeholders on specifications, timelines, revisions, and launch milestones
Own Product Development & Execution in Korea
- Manage formulation development, sampling cycles, and iteration feedback
- Coordinate testing, documentation, and export readiness while maintaining quality standards aligned with global stakeholders and the counterpart US Launch Lead
- Facilitate clear communication across time zones and cultural contexts while aligning global stakeholders on specifications, timelines, revisions, and launch milestones
You have:
- 5–8+ years in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic product development
- Direct experience working with Korean ODM/OEM manufacturers (e.g., Cosmax, Kolmar, Intercos Korea, etc.)
- Experience working with or within global beauty or aesthetic brands such as Galderma, Merz, L’Oréal, Shiseido, Clarins, or similar multinational organizations
- Prior brand-building or brand-side product management experience
- Fluent English (written and verbal) required
- Experience collaborating with global HQ or international commercial teams
- Strong understanding of premium/global market quality standards
