Your mission
Create a warm, responsive, and timely interview experience for candidates in service of building a world class team.
Outcomes
- Coordinating 50+ candidates simultaneously
- Supporting 3+ recruiters and 10+ pipelines simultaneously
- Candidate NPS ≥80%
What you will do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Contribute to and improve our hiring processes from the ground up
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to make key hires for the organization

The hourly rate for this position is $35/hr - $42/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
