Your Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers, KOLs, media partners, schools, and personal networks.
- Lead the complete onboarding journey: outreach, negotiations, contracts, training, and successful go-live.
- Build and nurture strong affiliate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for support and growth.
- Design and launch targeted growth campaigns—by product or affiliate—such as tiered CPA programs.
- Partner with affiliates to create and distribute compelling product content across their channels.
- Collect market and partner feedback to inform product improvements and campaign strategies.
- Track performance, monitor ROI, and refine commission structures and recruitment pipelines.
- Organize online and offline affiliate events to boost engagement and community building.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or relationship management within the crypto, fintech, or banking sectors.
- Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing successful affiliate networks.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and partnership development skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and key social platforms (X, Telegram, YouTube).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) is a strong plus.
