As a Project Manager at Nexo, you will be at the heart of delivering strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives that shape the future of digital wealth. A key focus will also be on B2B partnerships and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of projects that directly impact institutional and corporate clients.
Your role:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from planning, execution, and monitoring, to delivery and closure.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Drive effective communication and reporting between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools, fostering efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with B2B partners and institutional clients to ensure requirements are captured, translated into deliverables, and executed successfully.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in delivery.
What makes you stand out:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, financial services, wealth management, and B2B partnerships (crypto exposure is a plus).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to present to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
- Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Fluent in English.
