Join a global data team focused on delivering impactful insights and driving strategic initiatives across Fireblocks. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-informed decisions by applying your expertise in data modeling, analysis, and effective communication. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, where you'll manage multiple initiatives and collaborate closely with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders while working with advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools and systems.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with stakeholders to define clear KPIs that reflect both product health and performance as well as company goals.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work with Data Engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including applications such as ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation.
- Perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as an Analyst focus on product analytics - advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communicator, capable of presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data warehouse modeling, ETL processes, and advanced SQL querying.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau - advantage).
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or related industries - advantage.
