We are looking for a highly driven and skilled Client Manager to join our Digital department at our rapidly developing company, CoinFlip! As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a sales role that is service driven.
- Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque
- environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
- General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.
Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 USD
