After becoming one of the largest crypto platforms in The Netherlands, we are looking for a highly ambitious Junior Client Support Specalist to support our growth across different markets. You are the first point of contact between retail traders and the company and are responsible for providing best-in-class customer support through various channels.
You will report to the Front-Office Manager and get the chance to build the next crypto unicorn whilst learning from highly experienced investment professionals. Your daily adventures will include
Providing best-in-class client support through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media etc.)
Helping clients discover and optimizing their usage of our trading platform
Resolving trading disputes, performing customer due diligence activities and supporting daily operations in close contact with other departments
Reporting and following-up on issues and clients’ suggestions to improve user experience and maximize satisfaction
Ensuring our clients love our platform and brand by building trusted and long-term relationships
Developing in-depth knowledge of trading and brokerage in the crypto industry

Preferred Experience
What you’ll need to be successful
Fluent in English (additional European language(s) such as German or Dutch is a strong plus)
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top tier university, preferably with a focus on finance, business, marketing, communication or other relevant field
1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial industry, fresh graduates will also be considered
Knowledge and interest in the crypto industry
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Pro-active and commercial mindset with a great sense of organization
Curiosity about the financial industry and technology landscape
Start-up mentality – you roll-up your sleeves, get things done, dream big and adapt easily
Ability to make and keep our clients happy - whatever it takes
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, resilient, reliable, hands-on, hungry for success, team and solution-oriented
Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
