Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrator to support the operations of our organization as well as provide essential support to the Research teams. The ideal candidate will excel at customer support, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and work collaboratively within a team. This role requires strong attention to detail, high levels of organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Research teams with general administrative needs including porting research reports to WordPress and email send-out through Hubspot and Email Octopus.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Customer support - Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries related to membership, subscription upgrades, downgrades, and any subscription issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in HR related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding team members
- Support Operations manager
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry with strong attention to detail
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and correspondence
- Ad hoc creation of new member subscription accounts and trial accounts within Chargebee. This includes accurately setting up account profiles, defining subscription plans, and managing billing details to ensure accurate account setup and smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Assist Operation Manager in developing operational policies and procedures.
- Assist on various projects as needed.
- Responsive and available on Telegram during work hours (9AM ET to 5PM ET)
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in similar Administrative work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle reactionary tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willing to work the hours between 9am and 5pm EST
- Experience in Hubspot and Word Press would be an advantage
